John J. Ververis, MD, FACC

Dr. John Ververis joined Cardiology Associates of Nashville in 1995. A native of Rhode Island, he graduated from Providence College, where he received the prestigious Thomistic Institute Doctor's Guild Award in 1983. He then received his Medical Degree from the St. Louis University School of Medicine in 1987.

After training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology with a special focus on echocardiography at Emory University in Atlanta Georgia, he remained on faculty as an Assistant Professor of Medicine.

Dr. Ververis specializes in general cardiology with a special interest in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology.

Dr. Ververis is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and is board certified in Cardiovascular Diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He retains privileges at Summit Medical Center as well at St. Thomas and Baptist Hospitals and Centennial Medical Center.
